How to sort data in a graph for days

Hi ,
I am having a graph plotted between Event_day and average deflation. The Event Day can be sunday, momnday, tuesday, wednesday.....

When I plot the graph the group axis is not coming sorted it comes in this order :
Friday, Monday , Saturday , Sunday , Thursday , Tuesday , Wednesday ..

Can anyone help me to put it in proper order..
