how to show % in details and in summary

Hi,

I am new to Crystal report and just started with version XI. Here is my data

Region Hits1 Executed1 Hits2 Executed2 ... upto 12 months
1 15 9 16 4
2 30 18 40 28
3 10 4 12 3
4 45 18 32 16

Report Shoud show:

Region % Executed
Jan Feb ....
Region1 60 25
Region2 60 70
Region3 40 25
Region4 40 50

Overall 49 51

Can anyone pleasepoint the direction?

Can't tell how your results fit with the sample data, so please show sample data that you then put into sample results. Also you have not shown a date field.

Hi LB,

Sorry for not explaining in details. Here is the explaination of each column in Data:

Region : Region# (1 to 5)
Hits1 : Total # of hits in January
Executed1 : # of hits executed from Total Hits in January
Hits2 : Total # of hits in February
Executed2 : # of hits executed from Total Hits in February
and so on...

Report Column:

Region: From Region field
Jan: % of hits executed from total hits - In sample data 9 of 15 executed for Region1 in Jan, which is 60%. Formula for this column is (Executed1/Hits1) * 100

I think I can set formula for each month from Jan to Dec, but is there any other short way?

If the hits and executed are in separate fields by month, then I think you are stuck with doing a percentage formula per month.
