how to show column titles when scolling down 2

Hello.

I have a very long excel document. When I scroll down (or go to the last record), I lose my column titles. I know there is a way to always show them on the screen, but I cannot find it.

Look at the Window Menu - split or freeze panes options.

I think from your probelm, unless i have misread, that you need to use the freeze panes function. Click in the cell leftmost and 1 below where your titles are (so if your column titles is a1 you would click in b1) and then Go to Window, then freeze pains. This will lock your titles in place.
