I want several things,
- a user must be able to post and read his docs,
- a project supervisor must be able to read all the docs for his project and of course his docs
- the director must be able to read only the docs that the project supervisor has checked !

how to play with reader, author and text properties to have this result ????

please be simple in english, Im French !!!

Thanx in advance

A user can create and read with Author access to the db.

The project supervisor should have editor access.

Try creating an editable Readers field. If a name, or group appears in the readers field, they can read the doc; if their name doesn't appear in the Readers field they can see the doc. Note, that a Reader field will essentially override the Access Control List. You can hardcode names or groups in the readers field, but making it editable will give you the option of adding others. You might want to consider making more than on Readers fields. One that is computed and hardcoded, and one that is editable. Note that the Readers field must use the Readers data type (the same as you would with an Authors field.

There are ways to automate the process through Notes formula language or lotusscript.
