HOW to Setup Palm VIIx for email? 1

Dear All,
I would like a bit of advice on how to set up my recently purchased Palm VIIx to receive Pop Email or to collect Web based email when I go on holiday soon.
I realise that I will have to purchase a modem but believe that they are reasonably easy to get on ebay.
Could someone explain the exact software and hardware to get hold of.

There are a few email clients out there that I've tried, and several more I'm sure you could find by doing a quick search...

Other than the modem and a phone cord, if I'm not mistaken, all you'll need is an ISP for Internet access.
