how to setup paging through speakers on 1608/1616 ip phones

Hello, I trying to find setup and testing directions on how to set up paging through the speakers on 1608/1616 ip phones. I have paging for the outside warehouse, however the custoemr wants paging in the building through the employees speaker phones. I have tried several things but not working... help? What did you try? It's quite easy to do

I created a hunt group 2907 and add all the users into the hunt group. then I created a short code *73 for dial paging 2907 to the hunt group. now if I dial the short code it rings the phones but it does not go through the speakers on their phones. did I need to uild a analog extension for that also? I did build a analog extension for the warehouse speaker system.

The short code is fine. The hunt group could be the issue. Is it set to collective? Take Queuing off.

Take the analogue extn out for the speaker and try again
