How to setup Off-premise Message Notification?

Hi all, I can't figure how to setup the option so that when someone has a message it will notify them on there cell phone. I know it can be done but I can't find it in the book for voice mail of the system. Oh and if it helps were on a Norstal Voicemail 3.0 system.

So ya again, I need to setup message wating notification for users with cell phones.

Hi,
Get into the mbox and press 8 for admin,
then 6 for message notification.
then setup and follow the prompts. Its
easiest if your using a 7310 phone.

Exact steps..
Here goes:

Programming the Remote Notification:

>Feature 981
>Pswd: enter your personal password
>Press OK
>Press ADMIN
>Press the # 6 key
>Press ADMIN
>Display will read: Outdial: None
>Press POOL
>Display will read: Outdial: Pool _
Enter pool 1 for pool A, 2 for pool B (whatever you dial to access an external line when making calls.
>Press NEXT
Display will read: Dest Phone: Enter your mobile phone or pager number here. (NOTE: If you are entering a pager number, you must add a minimum of 2 pauses after the number + the number you wish for your pager to display) Listen to the voice prompts for detailed information regarding this step.
>Press OK
>Press CHG to select between pager or phone.
>Press OK
>Display will read: Msg type: New
>Press CHG to select the notification of new, or urgent.

Toggling Message notification on/off:
>Feature 981
>Pswd: enter your personal password
>Press OK
>Press ADMIN
>Press the # 6 key
>Press SELECT
>Display will by default read: Notify: Off
>Press CHANGE to toggle on or off
