How to set Web Sharing on a Folder using the Dos Prompt Command Line

I'm trying to set Web Sharing on a folder programmatically or create a virtual directory programmatically. I haven't found the code to do that yet and no one in the Programmer's Forum seems to know.

Is there another way to set a folder to web sharing in DOS mode? Thanks for viewing my question.
