NLB is primarily used for balancing the load between multiple servers, for example Intranet servers. Clients can be directed to any server in the NLB cluster to receive the same dislay. If a server in the NLB fails then the remaining servers manage the load between them.
In your case you want to load balance bewteen two NICs on a single server. In this case you are better off using the Round Robin facility of DNS.
DNS will then load balance traffic to the server between the NICs.
