How to set up access ports

I have ccm rls 6
and call pilot rls 4.5
How do i set up to allow access ports to works, have tried and in the scipt it skips over the voice segment part

On the product DVD, there should be Nortel documentation. The document you want is: 297-2183-931, Contact Center, Communications Server 1000/Meridian 1 and Voice Processing Guide.

You are required to build a separate IVR ACD-DN for the access voice ports.

The information you need is in two or three places in the document. Be careful you are looking as Access and not GIVE IVR port information.
