Hi. I am trying to solve a problem on a Windows 2000 Pro computer running Outlook Express. Here's the run-down...

Somehow, the formatting for printing messages has gotten all screwed up. I can set the font back just fine, and it saves, and most other things, but I cannot:

1. Set the Margins for Printing. If I set them for one e-mail, it does not save them. When I shut the program down and restart it, the problem is back.

2. Set the font format. I try to use it as stationary, but it shows up with too many lines, all text in bold, and with too many spaces. I can change it back to the way it is supposed to be, and save it, but it never saves the format, and I have to reset it manually each time. If I set it to Signature, the font is correct, but it is all to one side, and not what I want.

So, is there any way to change these permanently, so I don't have to manually format them every time? Thanks!
