How to set Macro recorder to relative

Can someone point me to how to set up my macro recorder to record relative references instead of absolute?

I tried the options/general anc checkd R1C1 reference style. That did nothing.

I looked for the button control on the "stop macro" tool, there was no button visable.

I can't set to relative address.

There is something called relative toolbar. Mine is not visible. I cannot find any referece, to how to display this toolbar.

Can someone advise how to make this toolbar visible?
