i'm assuming you have adobe acrobat....
Open Word (or whatever word processor you use).
Type a few lines, convert the doc to a pdf.
From the Document menu bar select 'Add Headers & Footers'.
The header and footer window opens and the font is Arial, the size is 8-point.
So we have tons of word docs that we have to convert to pdfs, each one needs an official header and footer - these have to be in 10-point Times New Roman.
Not only can i not find a way to re-set this default but every time I change the font I can't simply hightlight 'Arial' and type 'T' to get to Times New Roman, I have to scroll thru the list.
This is starting to look like a very tedious job to me, so i'm hoping that i've missed something....
