How to set CLASSPATH on Linux

hi,
if its bash shell then
export CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH <add your directories here eg. usr/local:>
if its bash shell then
export CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH <add your directories here eg. usr/local:>
If you add that to /etc/profile, then each time you login, it would be set (for any user). Bruce Garlock
