Hello, What I am would like to do is as follows:

Lets say I have a list of people in a combo box or it might need a list box for that purpose.
Then what I want to do is select lets say or would be best to drag name by name to an empty field like a list box
and then implement an action such as lets say mark them all as programmers group and then insert into a table field that info for all those that are programmers.

Can anyone provide me with the steps how to do it, I would really appreciate it. I need it for my project.
I need to select students that were late and then drag them one by one to some area and then at once insert all of them in a table and the appropraite field.

Thank You.

If I understand you right, you need to be able to select a value in one list box and move it across to another? Forget drag and drop, I fear it would be a painful exercise. Instead, consider buttons to move one or all fields back and forth between the lists. Open up Access's simple query wizard to see what I mean.

Ok Thank you. But I don't really know how to implement it.

I need to select a the full name from a textbox and then I guess as you said move it to a list box and insert all those last names to a tables. How can I do that?
