How to scan a group of folders for file modified dates

I have to scan 40 or 50 directories and report any files with a modified date older than 4 years...is there a quick and easy way to do this?

Start -> Search -> Files and Folders -> Search Options -> Date and select Files Modified and go from there.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
