How to save .pdf document into web app

Our users would like to take .pdf documents, and upload them to our web application.

I'm searching the web, and can't find anything so far. I don't neccessarily want to create a PDF from HTML, but allow users to upload the .pdf document from their desktop.....something along the lines of a hyperlink on the page or whatever appearing when they upload the file to the application.

Any leads or suggestions would be appreciated!

I've used the HTML upload control, and I guess I could just write another page which uses the rows to build the table as the files that are available.
