I have to create a scenario where a customer calls an 800 number to talk on a community cable talk show. The number is pointed to a skill. Where I will have one agent sign into the assigned skill, she will screen the calls and once a valid call is confirmed the agent will transfer the call to the phone in the studio. On the phone in the studio, I will have a phone with three call appearances for the TV host to select when he is ready for a call. Once the call drops off the logged in agent can them transfer another call to the idle button.
The problem is that the TV host cannot be putting the callers on hold when they are transferred to him from the control booth is there another way of doing this with out having to use a skill? Setting up some sort of Call Park? I am looking to do this as basic as possible for easy of use
I would welcome all suggestions.

P.S they are on CM 2.2 using 4620 phones
