Hi:
We are planning a power otage soon and I wanted to know how I can transefer all the ncalls from an 800 # to a cellphone; right now
the calls go to a local extension number and hunt so if nobody answer goes to voicemail..
Thanks

It depends on your configuration, and carrier capabilities. Is the 8xx dedicated or switched? Are you using DNIS? Is there already overflow routing in place? The easiest thing to do is probably have the carrier re-terminate the number to the cell phone directly.

that would need to be done at the carrier level, during a power down, switch routing is not an option.. i can dial into my carrier and reroute my 800's but that is an option the customer pays for.. service insure, by brandname in this area
