how to restrict ftp folder size IIS 6

I have an IIS 6 server that has an FTP site.
There are several sub-folders for our different clients to upload/download files to.

How can I restrict the folder size per folder?

I am shocked that I can't find any documentation on this. I must not be looking in the right places. Please help.

Enable Quotas on the drive that has the FTP folders stored on it.
