I am very new to the TCOMM world and have not learned how to do remote administration on my MICS systems yet. My question is what are the steps a user can take localy from their phone set to reset their voice mail password it they have forgotten it? I would hate to pay my local phone company $150 to reset it for me. Thank you in advance.

nope, us guys love that buck and a half trip charge. if you have access to the mermail terminial any of us will be glad to walk you through a password change... allowing a user to reset a password without knowing the lost password would bypass the need for passwords.. you can set mb's an auto login

if you have an MICS you are asking the wrong forum but yes you can reset the password remotely on an MICS
