It's really simple, right click on the Administrator under Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Active Directory Users and Computers and click on reset password. Enter a new password.
Potential Problems you can face:
Some Service (background programs that the server uses to function) may not work, so you need reset their passwords to the new password as well - you will only see this problem when you reboot
Creating a new Administrator account and deleting the old one is not a good option. Usually there will one thing or another that will need this account to be present.
Your best bet - change the password for the Administrator, see if there are any services that depend on this account and change their passwords to the new one. - OK this was a repeat
