how to reset digital line meridian 11c

we have several digital lines that sometimes get locked out for one reason or another. the guy that used to maintain our system says if the phone is offline for a certain length of time

I have been told that they automatically reset after midnight, but would like to know how to reset them manually by logging into the system.

I have basic knowledge, not much more. I know how to do commands in LD 11 but this is something no one here has done before, we usually pay an outside vendor to do this for us, so any help would be appreciated.
