How to reset a 3904

Is there a way to zero out a 3904 phone to factory defaults? Or am I hopelessly naive for even asking? I have a customer who was playing with the buttons and can no longer see the phone numbers from outside callers in his call log. thanks!

probably they did a delete all ...

get the user guide for the phone (off the nortel website)
it gives instructions on using the features of hte phone

must have turned his contrast all the way down, i usually put a good phone beside it so i can step through the menus even if it's gone or in another lang
