How to replicate 2 exchange 5.5 servers

I'll be upgrading our exchange 5.5 server to exchange 2k3 and windows 2k3 but have a couple questions first. I just installed 5.5 on another server in hopes of getting it to replicate everything from the main 5.5 server. It replicated all the mailboxes however it didn't rep the priv and pub. I'm trying to get everything over on this other server before I FFR the main one and install 2k3 because i think it would be easier than having to restore everything from tape then running all those utils to check the consistency and defrag the db etc.
Anyways, if anyone can give me some tips i would greatly appreciate it!

nm, I just answered my own question. I was afraid that you'd have to set up clustering to get all that done and it looks like you have to.

Can anyone give me some pointers on importing the mailboxes, priv, pub, etc into a clean install on exchange 2k3? Is there anything I need to watch out for?
