Is there a way of removing users from the Global Address list in Exchange 2000 without deleting the Mailbox?

Thanks

You can hide them under the Exchange Advanced tab in AD.

-------------------------------

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

In AD I can only see 'Exchange Features' and that has no advanced option or option to hide, and 'Exchange General' that has three options :'Delivery restrictions, Delivery options' and 'Storage Limits'

I cant see a 'Hide from Global address list' option anywhere..

You need to have the Exchange System Tools installed on the DC or PC that you are using to view the AD information.

in AD click on view and then advanced features, this will enabled those extra tabs for you.
