Hi all,
I've got Crystal 12, and I'm new in general to Crystal Reports. I'm trying to put together a report and I'm finding these "guidelines" tabs at the top by the ruler. I'm sure they're useful once one is adept at Crystal, but I just want them gone. They seem to group different fields together in groups which I did not create, they also appear to be preventing me from moving objects I wish to move.

For my first few projects in Crystal, I'm content to manually position everything and will try to utilize these later, but for now, how do I get rid of them?
Thanks,
--Jim

...never mind, I found that if I simply drag them off the page they dissappear,

In the file->options tab you can choose to show guidelines in design and/or preview mode and also whether you want the "snap to grid" feature, so you might want to check your settings.

lbass,
Yes, I'd tried that--but that just shows/hides the lines that extend from these little 'tabs'--those little arrow things that look like tab-stops in Word.

Showing/Hiding the guidelines still keeps them active--they're just hidden or shown. What I'd found was that dragging those little arrow-tab things anywhere off the page got rid of them for good.
