I am open a porn site & it changes all my i-net explorer settings.
it deletes my favorites items. default page is become i-lookup & every time it pops up with some more windows i restart windows & delete all the keys from registry but again it comes after open the i-explorer.

You need to do a couple of things. Download Ad-aware,

http://lavasoftusa.com

and Spybot,

http://www.safer-networking.org.

Install both these programs and run them. They should remove the spyware/pest that are causing your issues.
