How to reinstall Citrix Metaframe XpE

I had automatic updates on my server, and it updated my citrix server to SP4. and from there, everything went downhill. Our citrix consultants suggested that we just rebuild the server and put citrix on it again. Rebuilding the server is the easy part actually. Putting on citrix, i'm not familiar with what steps to take. I currently run Nfuse on the citrix server. I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to write down step by step what I should back up from citrix (database), so I have everything running like it did with sp3. Also what steps I should take to install Citrix back on the server. On the CD, there are a lot of administrative tools and so on. I'm not sure what I really need to install besides the management console.

Any change of rolling back to win2k SP3, or did you skip the backup thing, during upgrade to SP4?

yeah.. unfortunately.. skipped teh backup of sp3... thought it would just take up too much space.. =/...
