How to redirect an alert message on Windows 2000?

When Mc Afee detects a virus, there is an alert message on the machine infected. I would like to redirect that alert message to appear on a different machine and I don't know how to proceed. I work on Windows 2000.

You need Netshield and Alert Manager running on a server and configure the alert destinations from there.
At the VirusScan console on the workstations use the alert tab and check 'Notify alert manager' for all the property pages.
For the Netshield configuration bring up the console (RC systray icon|Console then use Tools|Alerts Alert methods to set up the various methods that alert messages can be sent out by.
