How to Recover Windows NT User Profile?

Hi,
We have Windows NT Workstation. i want to recover NT user profile. how can i do it?. this profile is Mistakenly deleted .that user profile anyhow i want to recover.
profile path is for example:
C:\Winnt\Profile\namal
this directory is allready deleted. i want to recover it. i chicked the recycle bin also there also no namal folder.

please help me

If your workstation is a memeber of a domain and you are using roaming profiles then your profile exists both on the client and on a server share.Deleting the profile on the client does not delete the profile on the server,however your don't mention what kind of set up you have.
