how to reboot windows2000 "ExitWindowsEx" not working.. 2

hi good day!

ExitWindowsEx works well with windows98 now iam upgrading my workstation with windows2000. now my program dont work with the new system. any idea on how i can reboot or shutdown windows2000. thanks in advance.
