How to read an Excel file?

Hey everybody!
Does anybody know how to read an excel file and write all its data to db, actually the problem is in reading, cause I have no any idea how to get this or that cell in excel format. It is not csv file, I mean reading xls exactly.
Will be very thankful for any help!

Do you want to pull it into a database table or read it into an asp page? You can use a DTS package to pull it into a table. If you need the cell calculations, then you want to read it into an ASP page.

You can basically read the data from excel into a DataSet using ADO.NET. See the follwing MSDN article for more details:
