how to: re-store JETSQL40.CHM

I think i got it wrong... Looks like the file itself is not corrupted but could not be open with CHM.. Seems to me that the CHM program cannot be located OR, the .CHM files are not associated with its default exe program (hh.exe i guess). How do i restore it to the default exe program?
