how to put refresh rate in the page

i want to put refresh rate in my pages how this is possible ???

<meta http-equiv=&quot;Refresh&quot; content=&quot;10; URL=Page.htm&quot;>

This would load Page.htm every ten seconds, if you want to refresh you current page then type the file name in place of Page.htm
