Hi Everyone,

I am having Avaya IPO 500v2 Hardware, and Voicemail Pro. My goal is to make the caller listen Music once the call is being transferred and if the extension or operator is busy it should play advertisements music.

Please help!!!

sur. you need to upload a wav file. 8khz PCM 16 bit mono no longer than 90 seconds.
Or you could plug in to the moh port at the back of the appliance if you have an MOH player.

daddy? are you doing blah blah blah things again?

Hi,

Thank you for the response, please guide me through the steps to upload the file.

Thanks

If I am understanding the question correctly it sounds like you need 'Music on hold' and then use queueing with announcements when the call is waiting to be answered. To upload the file open File>Advanced>Embedded file management and load it to the primary directory. As far as the annnouncements I don't know off the top of my head as we don't use it often enough.
