How to put a song on a waiting time?

I want to know how to put a song on the waiting time between the transfer calls or hold calls?

Its on Avaya IP Office R6 Manager, in a Avaya IP Office 500

Drop the correctly formatted file in your primary folder as 'holdmusic.wav'
8KHz Mono PCM <90 secs
Use audacity or similar to convert.
