How to push Outlook Profiles via Active Directory

I'd like to be able to push Outlook profiles via Active Directory. I'm migrating users from an Exchange 2000/Windows 2000 environment to an Exchange 2003/Windows 2003 environment. The migration is straightforward. I wanted to know what the easiest product/utility out there was for automatically creating the client's new Outlook profile when they log into the new environment for the first time.
