How to program flash only, not ring, on extension

We recently hooked up an additional office extension on our Nortel Norstar phone system, running Compact ICS 4.2. All external incoming calls are ringing and flashing on that handset, while the other handsets in four other offices are flashing only. How can I program that handset to flash only? If it makes any difference, the handset is a T7316.

Under set programming>line access>line assingment>either enter the line or press scan then press the change button to cycle thru appear & ring,App only,ring only or unassign.
