How to program ext to transfer off net?

I am a 2 day newbie with Norstar system and person in charge of programming options. I need to be able to transfer an extension to ring off net (at CEO's home) NOW, as she is ill and does not want to call in to check VM. I realize this is a big no no, but also know it is possible. Any instructions (installer left NO manuals) would really be appreciated! oh, yes -- option to call installer to change ($) is not an option at the moment.
