How to prevent international long distance calls

Hi,

I have a phone with CLS - CTD. I can make international long distance calls from this phone by dialling 9+011+country code+number. I want to prevent this phone from being able to make international long distance calls while still being able to make long distance calls in North America. How Can I do that?

usually an ncos change, but you can check you ld 90 ot see how the ncos's are built.. check the faq's for a starter on bars
