How to prep G700/S8300 & Audix VM server for resale 1

We are decomissioning our avaya system and I have been asked to prep it for resale .

I am looking for tips and suggestions on how to:

get a good backup of everything configs & voice mails.

clear configs for g700/S8300 & VM (factory reset)

what happens to licences.
does that help in sale, is that allowed?

how do i get back in once everything has been cleared.

lots of variables here you realy need to go to your Avaya Buisness Partner for this to ensure that the Kit is wiped correctly , I know that will cost but is the best option as if you dont you will not get it to a true factory default state.

smash the S8300, nvram init the G700 then you're good to sell it.

There is a restore to default on the web maint of the s8300. As stated nvram init will clear the G700. No need to smash good equipment but don't expect a windfall. Maybe $100. The software is non transferable.
