How to populate a date after fill out the one field in the form to oth 2

HI ALL,

I wondering how to populate date, after filling out the first field. For example I have six fields with the same name given in the form called DATE. What I need to happen is to get all the six fields to fill up when I enter in the date in the first field.

Therefore the other five field should be the same date filled out as the first field. The field name for other five are all the same called Date. IS There a way to do it.If so How? This is a text box not a dropdown box.Thank's

Hi alexfusion

I cannot seem to solve this mysterious problem related to the cfm extension. It seems to work well with html but as soon as you try to convert it to cfm, it seems to spit the dummy. The problem is still the same. It is saying in netscape that showdate is not defined . when you run it in netscape with the extension of cfm and then type javascript: in the location bar, then you will see the problem appear in front of you. This a absolute beauty.

Hi yogi,

I know what you mean.I was trying to get the origin of this problem but I was having troubles with the computer that has cfm support.So I am fixing it up.As soon as I get the machine runnig I will try the file with cfm extension.

try leaving all the comment tags out,
also make sure that everything is in lowercase
so instead of using <INPUT blablabla> use <input blablabla>
it might be flipping over that.
