I'm trying to setup a trunk group which connects to a predictive dialer. They want to be able to "call" the predictive dialer from the switch and I'm not sure the best way to do this. I have the trunk group setup, but from there I need assistance.

Additional information. The circuit between the dialer and the PBX is setup as an ISDN, because we are using other channels for outbound into the PBX on a different trunk group.

If you are using an Avaya (MOSAIX) predictive dialer, this is something that I can help you out with. Please inform and I'll give you some instruction.

We were actually able to do this using the ARS pattern. Basically I set it up so anytime they dialed 9,120 it would route back into the trunk group into the Concerto (formally Davox) system. Once the system is fully up and running we'll setup a VDN to point to 9,120 and life should be good.

(I believe it was 120 we used, it was a 3 digit number we knew wouldn't be an area code, I'll look to see what we used a little later)
