How to Overcome the restriction made by the software 30000x30000 pixel

Are you trying to create a large scale image to go on a really big banner or something.
You would need to use a vector program like Adobe: Illustrator b/c then resolution doesn't matter and you start small then just resize it to be really big. See FAQ229-1907 to understand vector and raster type images.
