How to monitor & record power supply voltage & current fluctuations? Including during the power on, power off times?

It seems useful to know this because power quality & heat can be the most problematic one. There are ways to monitor PC temperatures, but how about power quality?

ou would need some outside device to do what you want. Like a chart recorder and meters.
