How to modify a schedule for a recurring event

I am running Info Desktop 7.5
I have several recurring events that are set to run monthly but usually the date is not specific (x day of the month).
My question: Is there a way of modifying the recurring event without having to re-schedule an instance?
When I right click on the recurring event, select MODIFY, there's no WHEN TAB to change the Time and Day.

Any help would be appreciated!

As far as i know there is no way to modify the WHEN Tab, only the parms, logon, notify, sucks big time cuz i have to re-schedule if i wonna change the file path etc
