From the tools menu I select option and added the Rich Text control to the Form Control library. When I try to bring the control to my form, the OLE ERROR CODE... CLASS NOT REGISTERED appears.
Then I try to registered the class with the RUN command:
RUN /N REGSVR32 /S RICHTX32.OCX

But when I try again, the same error appears.

Depending on the version of VFP you are using, you may need to activate the "Developer" option. Create a text file FOX.REG, and put the following four lines in it. Then "install" it.
Code:
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Licenses\DB4C0D00-400B-101B-A3C9-08002B2F49FB]
@="mgkgtgnnmnmninigthkgogggvmkhinjggnvm"
