hi Techy69, you understood rightly. But things haven't been sorted out.
I downloaded 205kb ThemeEditor1_0N.EXE but it then asked for dotNet framework. So I downloaded 23.1mb dotnetfx.exe (dotNet framework). But now it is complaining about some dvd builder.
I am still helpless.
