Does anyone knows how to make a webserver or FTP server with win2k server? If yes, then How? also i just want it to share files with friends.

To be honest, it sounds like a good reference book will help you out. People in TT don't have the time to go through a whole project with you - just help you out when you get stuck.
As a started, install IIS/Internet Services Manager (if not already). Fire it up in the Administrative Tools and play with a site.
To be honest, the FTP on Win2k really sucks. Try a freebie such as Serv-U-FTP. Really good and free for personal use.
